About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and execute content strategies to strengthen engagement, grow brand visibility, and bring Tri Delta's story to life across digital platforms
- Create compelling on-brand photo, video, graphics, and copy for Tri Delta's digital platforms
- Capture content live and on-site at events
- Create and direct engaging video content
- Support management of video editing vendors
- Develop monthly content plans with the Brand Advancement team
- Collaborate with collegiate and alumnae chapters to solicit content and leverage member-generated content
- Maintain a recognizable visual identity across social platforms
- Collaborate on the content calendar and align digital content with brand opportunities
- Oversee the digital content internship program, including assigning requests, defining timelines, and providing feedback
- Post and schedule content across Tri Delta digital and social platforms
- Audit YouTube and Vimeo platforms for relevance and brand alignment
- Travel and provide on-location coverage at key events, chapter locations, and organizational initiatives
- Coordinate visits with chapters
- Leverage audience insights, performance data, and industry trends to guide content strategy
- Partner with the Digital Experience Manager and Strategic Comms Team on audience engagement
- Evaluate emerging digital platforms and formats
- Monitor trends among NPC organizations and Tri Delta chapters
- Manage digital communities by monitoring conversations, responding to comments and messages, and engaging audiences
- Abide by Tri Delta's project management processes, act on feedback, pursue self-development, and communicate openly
- Elevate Tri Delta's brand as a premier women's organization dedicated to helping women live, learn, and lead with Purpose, for a lifetime
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Digital Media, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field is required
- 1-3 years of experience in digital content creation, multimedia production, or digital marketing
- Proven experience creating and executing digital content across social media, podcasts, and video platforms
- Strong hands-on ability to create photo, video, graphics, and copy tailored to each platform
- Proficiency in video production tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
- Proficiency in podcast editing platforms
- Strong visual storytelling and creative direction skills
- Understanding of digital content planning, scheduling, and organizational alignment
- Proficiency with social media scheduling and publishing tools
- Knowledge of audience behavior, content trends, and digital engagement best practices
- Excellent collaboration, written communication, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to audit and assess content performance and relevance
- Familiarity with nonprofit or membership-based organizations is beneficial
- Successful completion of a background check and drug test
- Candidates must be physically located in the United States and eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and extended hours during on-location coverage
- Frequent driving required
