About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage customer orders from receipt through delivery, ensuring accurate and timely entry into the ERP system
  • Send order confirmations to customers
  • Coordinate pickup and delivery schedules with customers, carriers, warehouses, and internal teams
  • Track railcar movements and coordinate the timely return of empty railcars
  • Maintain order summaries for commercial team visibility
  • Prepare complete shipment documentation, including BOL, COA, CI, and PL
  • Manage and follow up on product delivery claims, working with internal and external stakeholders toward resolution
  • Onboard new customers into the ERP system and maintain required information accurately
  • Support the distribution of petrochemicals, polymers, and raw materials

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or a related field preferred
  • Excellent communication in English to effectively collaborate with customers, truckers, warehouses and internal commercial teams
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple orders, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement in product movement
  • Customer service experience and ability to exceed customer service expectations
  • 2–5 years of professional experience in the resin industry, domestic preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (required)
  • Experience working in an ERP system (preferred)
