About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Receive and process customer orders by telephone
- Handle customer requests promptly, efficiently, courteously and professionally
- Process customer orders according to company standards and procedures
- Listen to customer needs and provide a positive experience
- Cross-train in other department positions and perform those functions when needed
- Handle an average of 110 customer interactions per eight-hour shift after four months
- Provide prompt, accurate and courteous responses to customers
- Solve routine and complex problems and contact a supervisor when needed
- Answer incoming customer service orders as soon as possible
- Document activity in the DDF system
- Check appropriate DDF screens for report results and call customers back
- Enter orders manually via the fax process
- Operate the phone system effectively
- Adhere to the work schedule
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must reside within 50 miles of 4400 140th Ave N #200, Clearwater, FL 33762
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Ability to perform the different tasks trained for in the call center
- Computer knowledge
- Strong customer service skills
- Solid communication skills, including verbal, written and listening skills
- Solid problem solving and decision making abilities
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to execute and prioritize multiple tasks
- Professional
- Ability to type 35–40 words per minute
- Flexible and adaptable to change
- Medical terminology / experience preferred but not required
- Minimum of a High school Diploma or equivalent required
- Must have high speed internet for remote work
- Schedule availability Monday–Friday, 1:30pm–10:00pm EST
