About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide administrative support to assist executive leadership priorities, initiatives, and activities
  • Prepare and review executive correspondence, reports, presentations, and briefing materials
  • Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, coordinating logistics, and prioritizing requests
  • Organize and support executive meetings, board activities, and leadership events, including agendas and materials
  • Track executive priorities, deliverables, and follow-up actions to support timely decision-making
  • Provide high-level administrative support to executive and senior leadership
  • Serve as a key liaison for internal and external stakeholders
  • Support leadership priorities, governance and leadership activities, and efficient operations and decision-making
  • Handle sensitive information

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or GED and Two (2) years of clerical and office management experience, including experience assisting a senior leader or executive; OR Equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Must reside within Trillium’s catchment of North Carolina, including Anson, Bertie, Beaufort, Bladen, Brunswick, Camden, Chowan, Carteret, Columbus, Craven, Currituck, Dare, Duplin, Edgecombe, Gates, Greene, Guilford, Halifax, Hertford, Hoke, Hyde, Jones, Lee, Lenoir, Martin, Montgomery, Moore, Nash, New Hanover, Northampton, Onslow, Pamlico, Pasquotank, Pender, Perquimans, Pitt, Randolph, Richmond, Robeson, Sampson, Scotland, Tyrrell, Warren, Washington, Wayne, and Wilson counties
  • Must be able to travel within catchment as required
  • All candidates must pass a drug test as a condition of employment
