About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as the single point of contact for brand teams working with Indegene on commercial marketing requests
  • Work across brands, onsite teams, and offshore delivery teams
  • Drive structured collaboration, in-person stakeholder engagement, process oversight, market-level prioritization, and cultural enablement
  • Own tactical and technical delivery, converting approved demand into scoped project plans
  • Coordinate offshore delivery teams on technical handoffs, QA checkpoints, and dependency tracking
  • Represent delivery status, risks, and escalations to client stakeholders
  • Serve as liaison among brand leads, channel owners, Activation Leads, and delivery units
  • Facilitate country-level campaign planning and localization discussions
  • Align stakeholders on customer experience objectives, message relevance, and omnichannel strategy
  • Validate brief completeness before production
  • Manage and prioritize intake in a high-volume content-factory environment
  • Manage multiple concurrent content and campaign workstreams with competing SLAs and priorities
  • Use workflow management tools to track timelines, risks, and SLAs
  • Validate technical feasibility of briefs and troubleshoot delivery issues
  • Ensure QA and channel-specific specifications are complete before delivery
  • Maintain production trackers, rate cards, and retainer logs
  • Report planned versus actual spend, SLAs, and delivery KPIs
  • Contribute to budget reallocation and resource planning decisions
  • Provide stakeholders with project status, delivery performance, and operational metrics

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Excellent English communication (mandatory)
  • Local market language proficiency preferred for in-market stakeholder engagement
  • 8-10+ years in digital marketing operations, content/campaign delivery, or client services
  • 5+ years in the pharma/healthcare industry required
  • Experience operating within a high-volume, multi-brand/multi-market content factory setup
  • Experience managing or coordinating offshore delivery teams, including technical handoffs, QA checkpoints, and dependency tracking, while based onsite
  • Hands-on expertise with workflow management tools such as Workfront, Jira, or Smartsheet
  • Working knowledge of campaign automation/content platforms such as Veeva, SFMC, Adobe, or equivalent
  • Familiarity with QA processes and channel-specific specifications for web, email, banners, PDFs, and journeys
  • Experience validating brief completeness, including source files, claims, and channel specifications
  • Ability to prioritize intake based on business impact, complexity, and readiness
  • Preferred: background in agency or agency-style service delivery setups
  • Role requires travel/visits to client offices as needed
  • Based in the UK
