  • Support Project Managers and Engineers with engineering design tasks for various transportation projects
  • Perform civil engineering design and associated calculations
  • Interpret plans from other engineering-related disciplines

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • B.S. in Civil Engineering – EIT
  • Passed Fundamentals of Engineering Exam
  • 0-4+ years of experience in civil design is preferred; entry-level candidates will be considered
  • Ability to develop designs and documentation using MicroStation ORD, Autodesk Civil 3D, or other design software
  • Ability to manage project data files from various sources
  • Ability to travel and perform fieldwork on occasion
  • Strong sense of urgency and self-initiative to meet client deadlines
  • Ability to prioritize work and manage competing project requests and deadlines
  • Proactive and responsive communication with colleagues and clients, both in-person and virtually/remotely
  • Ability to work independently and accomplish multiple tasks with competing priorities
