Provide technical guidance and administrative services for project execution
Serve as the primary client contact
Support business development through proposal preparation, presentations, client relationship maintenance, and public relations efforts
Oversee projects to ensure successful delivery
Coordinate projects and resolve scheduling, staffing, and quality issues
Lead project teams, staff, and subconsultants
Invoice clients, explain billed items, and follow up on accounts

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree with five to seven years of experience in municipal project management (stated as ideal)
Experience in the consulting industry
Certification in Project Management
Professional license in the respective discipline
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Ability to work as part of a team
Ability to prioritize tasks and follow tight deadlines
