About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead all phases of quantitative, qualitative, and mixed-methods primary market research engagements
  • Plan and design studies and develop research materials
  • Oversee domestic and international data collection
  • Analyze data and develop the core story and client presentations
  • Manage staffing assignments, internal project teams, and timelines
  • Manage client relationships and serve as the engagement point of contact
  • Own successful outcomes on every project
  • Identify new project opportunities with existing clients and recommend approaches to answer business questions
  • Manage, mentor, and develop assigned talent
  • Collaborate across Trinity teams on cross-functional consulting engagements
  • Contribute primary market research expertise to client and corporate initiatives
  • Contribute to internal initiatives and leadership opportunities
  • Work alongside clients and lead trainings and recruiting events with current and prospective staff

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in sciences, business, mathematics, statistics, or engineering disciplines
  • Minimum of 8+ years direct supplier side pharmaceutical marketing research experience
  • At least 3 years of project, people and client management experience
  • Demonstrated success in project, people, and client management
  • Hands-on management experience with quantitative and qualitative primary market research from research design through delivery of core story
  • Expertise across primary research methodologies, including forecasting, positioning, customer segmentation, product development, pricing studies, tracking studies, burden of illness studies, patient journey studies, and patient preference studies
  • Well-versed in the life sciences industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Solid business acumen and marketing orientation
  • Ability to understand client business objectives and act as a thought partner
  • Strong data visualization and storytelling skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced experience with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong work ethic and desire to exceed expectations
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask across multiple projects
  • Familiarity with CRM or project management platforms
  • Ability to travel approximately 2–3 weeks per quarter or as business dictates
