Project Manager
Triple Zero Victoria. Drive the end-to-end management of assigned ICT projects under the direction of the Senior Program Manager .
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive the end-to-end management of assigned ICT projects under the direction of the Senior Program Manager
- Deliver projects across the full lifecycle, including planning, execution, and closure
- Ensure outcomes meet agreed scope, budget, timeframe, and quality standards
- Develop project artefacts including Business Cases, Project Management Plans, schedules, budgets, status reports, and project controls
- Establish and manage project governance structures, including Project Control Boards and Working Groups
- Oversee requirements gathering, business impact assessments, and current-state mapping delivered by Business Analysts
- Lead Change and Communication Plans to keep internal and external stakeholders informed
- Coordinate cross-functional internal teams and external vendors to deliver project activities and objectives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Tertiary qualification in Project Management and/or Project Management Qualification (PRINCE2, PMBOK, or equivalent)
- 5 years of project management experience in medium to large technology projects
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with a focus on exceeding customer expectations
- Proven ability to negotiate and influence outcomes and obtain support
- Demonstrated ability to successfully implement, coordinate and deliver projects with multiple users over multiple sites
- Must be an Australian or New Zealand Citizen or a Permanent Resident
- Employment subject to providing evidence of Australian working rights
- Preferred candidates must complete a Pre-employment Medical Declaration
- Employment subject to a National Police Check clearance
