About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own product management for Wordscapes and lead the cross-functional pod responsible for the game’s roadmap, execution, and performance
  • Drive sustainable growth by improving recurring engagement, retention, and monetization across the player lifecycle
  • Own and prioritize the LiveOps roadmap and calendar, balancing events, content, offers, experiments, and larger feature investments
  • Own key game KPIs and use player, cohort, funnel, segment, event, and feature data to make product decisions
  • Partner with Design, Production, Engineering, and Analytics to deliver features, events, content, offers, and experiments with clear goals and metrics
  • Own and evolve the game economy, progression systems, rewards, and offers
  • Review event and feature performance, identify follow-up actions, and apply learnings to future LiveOps cycles and roadmap decisions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, or a related field; graduate degree preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in game product management, ideally on a scaled free-to-play mobile game or long-running live product
  • Proven experience owning LiveOps for a free-to-play game and improving retention, engagement, or monetization
  • Experience owning a product roadmap and leading a cross-functional team through strategy, execution, measurement, and follow-through
  • Strong understanding of free-to-play business models, LiveOps, game economies, and monetization systems
  • Ability to analyze cohorts, funnels, segments, and experiments and translate insights into product decisions
  • Experience designing and interpreting A/B tests, including hypotheses, success metrics, guardrails, and follow-up actions
  • Strong prioritization, initiative, judgment, and communication skills
  • Ability to travel to the Dallas office 3–4 times per year
