About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support Product Owners with maintenance and optimization of airline connections in production
  • Troubleshoot and investigate day-to-day incidents across the airline connections portfolio
  • Monitor KPIs and overall airline portfolio performance
  • Identify patterns and trends using data and subject-matter expertise
  • Create reports and dashboards and optimize alerting based on data-driven needs
  • Write, update, and organize product documentation
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer support tickets
  • Provide data to support bugs or further development needs
  • Communicate with stakeholders and manage transparent feedback or escalations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, clients, scrum teams, Product Analysts, and Product Owners
  • Report to the Product Operations team lead

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2-3+ years of experience as a Product Analyst/Business Analyst
  • Experience in the travel industry preferred
  • MBA or degree in analytics preferred
  • Experience in a data-driven role preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Very strong organizational skills
  • Passion for research, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis
  • Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced environment with significant context switching
  • Experience with JIRA, Kibana, Grafana, BitBucket, Looker, and Splunk
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and comprehension skills
  • Team player
  • Highly accountable and self-driven
  • Ability to work morning, afternoon, and night shifts
  • Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement, with 2 days per week from the office
  • Availability for a 5-day work week, depending on shift: Thursday-Friday or Saturday-Sunday
