About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage approximately 25–35 hotel accounts as the primary advisor
- Ensure clients succeed on the platform, achieve their goals, and remain long term
- Help hoteliers improve digital guest experience, increase direct bookings, and maximize revenue
- Use platform data to demonstrate value and recommend actions
- Convert trials into long-term contracts
- Identify expansion opportunities, including additional products and properties
- Lead renewal conversations and negotiations
- Drive retention and growth across the account portfolio
- Build relationships with hotel marketing managers, general managers, and internal Product, Sales, and Engineering teams
- Share best practices and lead training
- Gather customer feedback and advocate internally for hotels
- Encourage clients to become advocates through events, webinars, and the hotelier community
- Represent Triptease and its clients
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2–3 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role, ideally within B2B SaaS
- Native-level proficiency in English and Thai, written and spoken
- Ability to communicate commercial and technical nuance clearly
- Commercial ownership of renewal conversations, account risks, and growth opportunities
- Data fluency with spreadsheets or dashboards and ability to build recommendations
- Technical familiarity with web technologies, hotel websites, tag managers, and escalation to Support or Engineering
- Confidence using modern CS platforms such as Vitally, Gainsight, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
- Familiarity with support tooling such as Intercom
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Ability to lead calls with GMs or commercial directors and handle pushback
- Problem-solving mindset
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Self-direction across a distributed team
- Nice to have: experience in hospitality, travel tech, or hotel commercial functions
- Nice to have: familiarity with GA4, Google Tag Manager, metasearch, and OTA landscape
- Nice to have: experience with Linear or JIRA
- Nice to have: hands-on experience building AI automations, custom GPTs, Claude projects, scripts, or no-code workflows
