About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform Manpower, Personnel and Training (MP&T) analysis for the United States Marine Corps PM MAGTF C2 program office
- Develop MP&T analyses for new acquisition programs and major Engineering Change Proposals
- Prepare analysis reports, Manpower Analysis Reports, and plans tied to milestone events
- Facilitate MP&T Integrated Product Teams, including briefings and minutes
- Review new equipment training plans and curriculum products against Marine Corps training development standards
- Coordinate with external agencies on training planning
- Participate in validation and verification of training materials
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree
- 8 years in manpower, personnel and training analysis
- United States citizenship
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance
- Knowledge of the Marine Corps Systems Command MP&T process
- Knowledge of Marine Corps training development standards
- Knowledge of TFSMS structure data
- Integrated Product Team facilitation skills
