About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead test and evaluation analysis for the United States Marine Corps PM MAGTF C2 program
  • Perform test and evaluation program management
  • Conduct trade study analysis, process flow, baseline performance measurement and problem analysis
  • Analyze requirements for testability and report status to the Test and Evaluation Lead
  • Identify technical risks and develop mitigation plans
  • Prepare test plans and procedures
  • Deliver system verification results
  • Coordinate and serve as test lead across multiple test sites
  • Support MAGTF C2 program office activities across contract maintenance and execution, life cycle logistics and product support, engineering services, and test and evaluation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field
  • 12 years in test and evaluation
  • United States citizenship; US Citizen Only
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance
  • Knowledge of developmental and operational test practice
  • Knowledge of verification by inspection, analysis, demonstration and test
  • Knowledge of Department of Defense test and evaluation policy
  • Multi-site coordination skills
  • Ability to perform trade study analysis, process flow, baseline performance measurement and problem analysis
  • Ability to analyze requirements for testability against a stated verification method
  • Ability to identify technical risks and develop mitigation plans
  • Position-level security and information technology designations are assigned by the Government under DD Form 254
