About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and assemble components using assembly test procedures, blueprints, and written engineering instructions
  • Adhere to specifications for subassemblies and assemblies using inspection equipment such as OD and ID micrometers, height gages, and dial calipers
  • Test units according to Customer Acceptance Test Procedures and engineering instructions
  • Meet production deadlines by following correct product-completion procedures
  • Assemble components by examining connections for correct fit and fastening parts and subassemblies
  • Ensure product quality by testing assembled parts using specifications and quality control procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Comply with EHS policies, training, instructions, and PPE requirements
  • Report accidents, incidents, near misses, and dangerous or potentially dangerous situations to management
  • Demonstrate TRIUMPH’s core values and comply with its Code of Conduct

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma, or equivalent
  • Technical or vocational training desired
  • 3 years in aviation maintenance, military or manufacturing
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with substantial acquaintance with and understanding of technical aspects of the job
  • Experience with mechanical and/or hydraulic assembly work
  • Ability to understand and follow instructions
  • Ability to concentrate
  • Ability to work as part of a team and get along with others
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • U.S. applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship
  • For applicable positions, must be a US Person under ITAR or eligible for approval for a U.S. Government export license
