About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform the responsibilities of a Test Engineering Technician-Electronics within the Systems and Support business unit
- Carry out strategic aspects of the role
- Report into the designated manager or function
- Perform day-to-day tasks associated with electronics test engineering
- Help maintain a safe and clean working environment
- Partner with customers to address aerospace, defense, and industrial challenges
- Support products and services including electronic engine controls, fuel metering units, main fuel pumps, and environmental control systems
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must comply with EHS policy training and instructions
- Must use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided by the Company
- Must report accidents, incidents, and near misses to management
- Must notify management of dangerous or potentially dangerous situations or practices
- For applicable positions, must be a US Person under ITAR or eligible for approval for a U.S. Government export license
- U.S. applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship
- Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Must regularly sit, talk, or hear
- Must frequently stand, walk, and use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls
- Must occasionally reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
