About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive revenue growth by identifying business opportunities, addressing client challenges, and presenting integrated solutions
- Identify and secure new business opportunities in the EMEA region through collaboration with OMG
- Define client challenges and present valuable solutions to generate new business
- Develop and nurture client relationships in the EMEA region
- Proactively pursue growth opportunities
- Conduct regular project status meetings
- Provide updates to executive management
- Craft pitch decks and customized approaches for OMG prospects
- Act as the direct link to OMG Key Account Managers and Board of Directors
- Coordinate pre-contractual requirements and ensure necessary documentation and processes are in place
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven track record of success in delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build robust relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities
- Initial experience coordinating and steering cross-functional projects and/or in business development, digital analytics, data science, or similar
- Highly detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
- Self-starter driven to continuously improve and exceed customer expectations
- Fluent English at minimum C1 level
- Proficiency in German is a plus
