Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Significant relevant experience in corporate governance, company secretarial support, Board or Committee administration, policy management, or a comparable accountability-focused environment
  • Experience coordinating governance processes, records, actions and recurring deadlines
  • Strong drafting, organisation, judgement and stakeholder-management skills
  • Chartered Governance Institute qualification, part-qualification or comparable professional development required
  • Relevant qualification or equivalent professional experience
  • Experience in a charity, NGO, public-interest or regulated organisation desirable
  • Competency-based interview process
