About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Create regular comparison reports by verifying whether amounts, dates and payments are correct

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proficiency in Latvian
  • At least elementary level of English language skills
  • Basic understanding of accounting and/or strong analytical thinking
  • Good computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to efficiently navigate and utilize supplier websites
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • A sense of responsibility, critical thinking and the initiative to carry out tasks independently
  • Basic proficiency with 1C or DocuWare programs will be considered an advantage
  • Able to work on Saturdays once or twice a month from 9:00 to 18:00
