About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide comprehensive executive-level administrative and operational support to the Managing Partner, Chief Administrative Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Human Resources Officer
  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling, travel coordination, expense administration, meeting planning, and logistics
  • Serve as the key contact and support resource for the Managing Partner
  • Manage the monthly pre-bill process, including narrative edits and liaison with the Billing team
  • Plan logistical aspects of in-person and virtual meetings
  • Coordinate complex scheduling, calendar management, and information flow
  • Manage travel logistics, advance bookings, and stakeholder coordination
  • Maintain and refine internal processes supporting senior leaders
  • Respond to routine correspondence on behalf of the Managing Partner and chiefs
  • Prepare and distribute reports, memos, letters, and other documents
  • Maintain electronic and paper files, governance records, and minutes
  • Coordinate senior leaders’ priorities, firm goals, and best practices
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
