About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Inclusion Team, including calendar coordination, meeting scheduling, travel logistics, expense reporting, and other administrative tasks
  • Assist with planning, coordinating, and executing inclusion programs, affinity group initiatives, celebratory month activities, trainings, meetings, retreats, and firmwide or team events
  • Prepare, maintain, and update Inclusion Team records and materials, including agendas, minutes, presentations, communications, project trackers, calendars, rosters, budgets, surveys, reports, and department documents
  • Support affinity group leaders, Inclusion Committee, and Inclusion Partners by coordinating logistics, tracking follow-up items, maintaining contact lists, organizing materials, and aligning initiatives with firmwide inclusion strategy
  • Draft, proofread, format, and distribute inclusion-related communications, invitations, reminders, newsletters, surveys, and other materials
  • Coordinate budget tracking, invoice processing, expense management, and related financial logistics
  • Facilitate collaboration among the Inclusion Team, Legal Talent, Events, Marketing, Office Services, Human Resources, affinity group leaders, Inclusion Partners, attorneys, and business professionals
  • Assist with data collection, survey administration, analysis, reporting, and follow-up tracking to assess participation, engagement, outcomes, and process improvement opportunities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree or any equivalent combination of training, education, and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in administrative or related professional services support
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and related collaboration tools
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to exercise sound independent judgment, tact, discretion, and professionalism when handling sensitive and confidential matters
  • Ability to build effective working relationships across offices and with attorneys, business professionals, firm leaders, affinity group leaders, Inclusion Partners, and administrative teams
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, programs, stakeholders, and competing deadlines
  • Legal or other professional services firm experience strongly preferred
  • Experience supporting inclusion, belonging, employee engagement, affinity group, professional development, or culture-related initiatives preferred
  • Experience coordinating events, meetings, surveys, reports, or communications preferred
