About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the profiles, loyalty, and collection-management tools area of Trove's gamified e-commerce platform for trading cards
- Design features for iOS, web, and Android
- Build and maintain the design system and component library used by design and engineering teams
- Work closely with engineering from initial sketches through feature release
- Incorporate input from brand design, loyalty, engineering, and founders
- Create simple, cohesive experiences while helping the team innovate
- Prototype extensively and use AI in the design process
- Improve product craft, cohesion, adoption, and delivery speed
- Build strong working relationships across the team and influence product direction
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6+ years of product design experience with a portfolio of consumer products you've helped build
- Shipped work on iOS, Android, and web
- Deep Figma expertise
- Working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects
- AI is built into your design workflow, with your own judgment making the final call
- Experience at an early-stage company and ability to execute with very little structure
- Highly creative and able to find new ways of doing things
- Must be located in NYC
