About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate the delivery, installation, and removal of modular buildings with internal partners, vendors, and customers
  • Perform administrative and other tasks supporting Sales and Operations departments
  • Collaborate with sales representatives, vendor partners, project managers, coordinators, and others
  • Meet the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers
  • Obtain customer information and use it to ensure timely execution of projects
  • Provide timely information and direct support to sales, vendors, and customers to coordinate movement of equipment
  • Communicate clearly and succinctly in writing and verbally with vendors, contractors, architects, and customers
  • Use systems, tools, and informal methods to manage each project to completion while adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Negotiate with customers and vendors and settle differences effectively
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3 plus years experience working in a professional business environment required
  • Excellent business verbal/written communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook and Word required
  • Prior logistics experience a plus
  • PowerPoint a plus
  • Knowledge of Construction/terms preferred
  • Ability to remain seated and work at a computer workstation for extended periods throughout the workday
  • Ability to frequently use computers, keyboards, mice, telephones, and other technology required to perform job duties
  • Ability to read information on computer screens and maintain attention to detail while performing assigned tasks
  • Occasional standing, walking, reaching, lifting, or movement within a home office, office environment, or other work location as required
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis
  • Employment visas or immigration sponsorship are not provided
