About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide TruBridge Contact Center Support to clients and Early Out Service patients
  • Support inbound and outbound patient contact from 11am–8pm CST, Monday to Friday
  • Meet production standards for inbound and outbound calls
  • Meet quality assurance standards
  • Maintain quality customer service by following company and customer-specific policies and procedures
  • Update job knowledge through company-offered education opportunities and gain proficiency in services and information systems
  • Keep customer information confidential
  • Process miscellaneous paperwork and documentation
  • Assist callers with medical billing questions and financial assistance programs
  • Set up payment plans and process payments
  • Schedule callbacks as needed
  • Collaborate as a team member
  • Perform additional tasks assigned by the supervisor or call center management

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must be available to work 11am–8pm CST, Monday to Friday
  • High-speed home internet (not cell-based internet) required
  • Ability to test home internet speed and ensure adequate bandwidth
  • Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to follow through on issues to resolution
  • Ability to act independently and as a team member
  • High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • Preferred: one year or more providing customer service support over the phone in a remote setting
  • Preferred: experience handling up to 100 customer contacts per day
