About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead executive relationships for top enterprise clients
- Drive value realization across TruBridge’s revenue cycle management services, EHR, and third-party solutions
- Improve operational and financial performance while advancing EHR adoption, solution integration, and client outcomes
- Develop and implement client success and recovery plans
- Measure client satisfaction, engagement, solution adoption, service performance, and relationship indicators
- Create value realization reporting demonstrating client ROI and supporting executive business reviews and renewal decisions
- Align qualified clients with the TruBridge reference program
- Lead executive-level performance reviews and translate revenue cycle data into prioritized actions
- Lead cross-functional Financial Health teams and subject matter experts in diagnosing challenges and executing corrective action plans
- Serve as the executive escalation point for material RCM service and performance issues
- Own client retention, renewal readiness, satisfaction, risk reduction, and responsible growth
- Manage client risk using service, financial, operational, relationship, and contractual indicators
- Identify and qualify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and partner with sales
- Develop best practices for client profitability management, invoicing, accounts receivable, cash collections, write-offs, and contractual interactions
- Ensure compliance with EEO laws, HIPAA, ERISA, and other applicable regulations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (preferred)
- Ability to travel up to 60%
- Demonstrated experience improving healthcare revenue cycle performance, including cash collections, accounts receivable aging, denial performance, billing quality, and payer or contractual outcomes
- Proven success improving client satisfaction, protecting renewals, reducing preventable attrition, and recovering at-risk client relationships
- Ability to identify emerging client issues, establish resolution plans, maintain stakeholder accountability, and follow through until risk is mitigated
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with subject matter experts
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Experience advising and influencing hospital CFOs, revenue cycle executives, and operational leaders
- Ability to analyze revenue cycle performance trends, identify root causes, quantify financial impact, and present recommendations and recovery plans
- At least 7 years of healthcare revenue cycle experience
- At least 3 years leading client-facing RCM services, operations, performance improvement, or complex account recovery initiatives
- Preferred: experience in strategic account management, healthcare technology, or health information systems
