Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 1 year of successful outbound dialing sales experience in the Medicare industry
  • Passion for helping others and commitment to excellent customer service
  • Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively
  • Ability to build rapport with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions
  • Knowledge of Medicare products, services, and industry trends; ability to stay updated
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows environment and multiple CRM software systems
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed and achieve high performance
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Flexibility to adjust strategies based on client needs and feedback
  • Valid Resident State Health Insurance required
  • Continuing Education (CEs) up to date required
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Preferred: 1 year sales experience
  • Preferred: 1 year Medicare Advantage experience
  • Preferred: 1 year outbound dialing experience
