About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Meet established sales quotas on monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Utilize Trucordia sales and marketing tools for cold calls, in-person appointments, and prospect presentations to close new business
- Act as subject matter expert in the chosen area of focus, specializing in Equine insurance
- Continually manage a book of business to support high renewal rates
- Collaborate with Client Service to analyze renewal business and place new business accounts
- Follow Trucordia sales methodologies and best practices, including proper use of Trucordia tools and sales management platform
- Report to the Market Leader
Requirements
What you’ll need- State-issued Property and Casualty or Life and Health Insurance Producer License
- 4-year Degree in Business Management, Sales, Entrepreneurship, Marketing or related area of study
- 2-5 years in an insurance sales role
- Proficiency with professional programs such as Microsoft Suite and Salesforce
- Demonstrated skills in analytics and internal/external communication
