Key responsibilities & impact

Build and maintain dashboards tracking adoption, feature usage, retention and product health metrics
Provide clear, well-sourced analysis for product managers and leadership
Collect, tag and synthesize customer feedback from support tickets, sales calls, surveys and in-app channels
Run quarterly planning, roadmap reviews and OKR tracking
Maintain accurate and visible roadmaps and backlogs
Manage release checklists, readiness reviews and internal launch communications
Own and improve Jira, Confluence and the product analytics platform
Document workflows, set standards and automate repetitive work
Help define launch success metrics and report on results
Support in-app surveys, onboarding flows and A/B tests
Write release notes, product updates and monthly reports
Audit dashboards, tools and processes and meet partners across engineering, customer success, sales and support
Own the core product metrics dashboard and reporting cadence
Run a full launch or planning cycle and deliver customer feedback synthesis

What you’ll need

2 to 4 years of experience in product operations
Hands-on experience with a BI or product analytics tool, such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Amplitude, Pendo or Userpilot
Working knowledge of agile development and tools like Jira and Confluence
Clear writing and speaking, including the ability to explain data to non-technical audiences
Strong organization and ability to run several projects at once without dropping details
Ability to identify repeated manual work and improve it
