About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and maintain data analytics solutions supporting business objectives and value in care delivery
- Design, build, and maintain complex data models for operational and reporting needs
- Work with internal and external teams to implement data-driven solutions improving care delivery and business value
- Develop and implement data quality and integrity standards
- Conduct data exploration and investigation to identify insights and patterns in healthcare and business systems data
- Develop and maintain data infrastructure, including data pipelines, databases, and data warehousing solutions
- Develop, automate, and maintain reports and dashboards providing actionable insights to stakeholders
- Communicate technical work products and complex technical concepts to stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of experience working with data in an analytical, engineering, or business environment
- Senior-level proficiency
- Strong working knowledge of SQL
- Experience with data warehouses such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift is a plus
- Proficiency in Python for data manipulation, scripting, and automation
- Ability and interest in operationalizing new data and AI tools, with a focus on cloud-based platforms
- Experience developing or contributing to complex data models, particularly leveraging DBT
- Experience working with healthcare or other regulated sensitive data such as banking, fintech, insurance, or government data
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, healthcare informatics, statistics, or related fields is nice to have
- Experience with workflow orchestration tools such as Airflow, Dagster, or Prefect is nice to have
- Must be currently based in Latin America
