About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and maintain data analytics solutions supporting business objectives and delivering value in care delivery
Design, build, and maintain complex data models for critical operational and reporting needs
Work with internal and external teams to implement data-driven solutions that improve care delivery and business value
Develop and implement data quality and integrity standards
Conduct data exploration and investigation to identify insights and patterns in healthcare and business systems data
Develop and maintain data infrastructure, including data pipelines, databases, and data warehousing solutions
Develop, automate, and maintain reports and dashboards providing actionable insights to stakeholders
Communicate technical work products and complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience working with data in an analytical, engineering, or business environment
Senior-level proficiency
Strong working knowledge of SQL
Experience with data warehouses such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift is a plus
Proficiency in Python for data manipulation, scripting, and automation
Ability and interest in operationalizing new data and AI tools, with a focus on cloud-based platforms
Experience developing or contributing to complex data models, particularly leveraging DBT
Experience working with healthcare or other regulated sensitive data such as banking, fintech, insurance, or government data
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, healthcare informatics, statistics, or related fields is nice to have
Experience with workflow orchestration tools such as Airflow, Dagster, or Prefect is nice to have
Reliable internet connection and laptop
