Build performant, scalable, and cross-browser-compatible UI components for high-profile global brands
Lead front-end initiatives and write clean, maintainable, well-tested code
Create pixel-perfect animations and highly interactive user experiences
Implement accessible web content using ARIA, screen readers, and keyboard navigation at scale
Contribute to core libraries and proprietary development methodologies
Participate in code reviews and continuous skills development
Integrate Claude Code and GitHub Copilot into the daily software development lifecycle

Requirements

What you’ll need

Mandatory transition from remote work to fully onsite work in Buenos Aires starting in July 2027
5+ years of front-end web development experience
Comprehensive mastery of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Ability to independently lead front-end projects with minimal oversight
Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and cross-browser/device testing skills
Daily practical usage of AI development tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong time management skills
Ability to work EST/EDT timezone hours
Modern JavaScript framework experience with React, Svelte, or Vue strongly preferred
Familiarity with Webpack, Gulp, Git, and Gitflow is a plus
Experience with Sass, Less, or CSS-in-JS highly desired
Knowledge of web performance optimization, including code splitting and layout/paint optimization, preferred
Understanding of web accessibility standards, including ARIA, screen readers, and tab focus, advantageous
Experience with GSAP, Canvas, SVGs, or TweenMax strongly preferred
Interest in emerging UI/technology trends
Practical experience with unit and headless testing is nice to have
