Key responsibilities & impact

Manage end-to-end delivery of ongoing digital retainers, website maintenance projects, and SEO/GEO content-led initiatives
Serve as the primary operational contact for client stakeholders
Manage expectations, deliverables, timelines, and day-to-day client communication
Coordinate developers, designers, content specialists, and digital strategists
Lead project planning, backlog prioritization, delivery coordination, and status meetings
Apply Agile or comparable methodologies as appropriate
Monitor budgets, resource allocation, team capacity, and delivery performance
Manage project scope, change requests, dependencies, and delivery risks
Coordinate multiple concurrent workstreams and ensure deliverables meet client requirements and quality expectations
Maintain project documentation, progress reports, and delivery visibility using project management and collaboration tools

Requirements

What you’ll need

3–5+ years of experience managing digital projects within a digital agency, technology consultancy, or digital product delivery environment
Proven experience managing client-facing websites, digital content, or comparable digital delivery projects
Ability to independently manage project delivery and coordinate multidisciplinary teams
Experience with budget tracking, resource/capacity planning, scope and change management, and delivery risk management
Strong project planning, prioritization, and organizational skills
Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams
Practical experience with Agile or comparable project delivery methodologies
Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Asana, or equivalent platforms
Advanced English communication skills, written and verbal
Experience managing client stakeholders and communicating project status, risks, dependencies, and expectations
Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary remote or hybrid teams under tight deadlines
LATAM-based
Mandatory availability to work 09:00–18:00 KSA time, Sunday–Thursday
Comfortable maintaining this schedule on an ongoing basis, including early-morning starts in Latin America
Professional fluency in Arabic (nice to have)
PMP, CSM, Agile PM, or comparable project management certification (nice to have)
