About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage day-to-day delivery of the AI-driven acquisitions decision-support platform MVP
Ensure alignment with project scope, milestones, and business objectives
Manage the external delivery vendor and track progress against the SOW, timeline, deliverables, and agreed expectations
Coordinate the vendor, internal data and engineering teams, and business stakeholders to remove blockers and maintain delivery momentum
Facilitate UAT, coordinate business users, gather feedback, track issues, and ensure launch readiness
Translate technical project information into clear updates, decisions, action items, and documentation for non-technical stakeholders
Maintain requirements, decisions, risks, dependencies, UAT outcomes, and delivery-status documentation
Identify and escalate risks, scope changes, dependencies, and delivery issues
Support change management and adoption during the MVP rollout
Ensure comprehensive knowledge transfer and documentation for a smooth project handoff

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience as a Project Manager, Technical Project Manager, Delivery Manager, or similar role leading data, analytics, AI, or technology platform implementations
Direct experience managing external delivery vendors against a defined Statement of Work (SOW), project timeline, and delivery milestones
Strong experience coordinating technical teams and non-technical business stakeholders
Hands-on experience planning and running User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions, including gathering feedback, tracking issues, and coordinating resolution
Excellent documentation and organizational skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced project environment
Availability to start ASAP
Ability to maintain strong overlap with U.S. time zones
Advanced English proficiency
Based in Latin America (LATAM)
Experience in media, publishing, or entertainment industry (nice to have)
Experience with M&A, acquisitions, or investment-related business teams (nice to have)
Previous experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Product Manager (nice to have)
Strong technical fluency across data, analytics, AI, and/or platform implementations (nice to have)
Experience delivering MVPs in high-growth or fast-paced corporate environments (nice to have)
Experience managing projects involving external technology or implementation partners (nice to have)
