About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own and optimize OIDC, SAML, and OAuth configurations within Okta
Manage and maintain a global fleet of Apple devices using Jamf
Develop scripts in Python, Bash, or similar languages to automate IT tasks, deployments, and system integrations
Lead IT infrastructure projects from conception to completion
Create project documentation and delegate cross-functional tasks
Maintain ticket hygiene and technical documentation
Support system design and architecture
Assist with ESX-to-cloud migrations
Support Google Workspace and network routing troubleshooting using the OSI model

Requirements

What you’ll need

4–6 years in Senior IT, Sysadmin, or Systems Engineering roles within a professional environment
Expert-level knowledge of Okta and Jamf is mandatory
Deep understanding of OIDC, SAML, OAuth, and IT end-user device security
Proficiency in at least one scripting language, such as Python or Bash
Proven ability to lead solo technical projects
Experience managing a Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Exceptional English skills
Ability to work effectively in an asynchronous, documentation-heavy environment
Familiarity with GitOps, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and LLM usage for productivity
