About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and optimize OIDC, SAML, and OAuth configurations within Okta
- Manage and maintain a global fleet of Apple devices using Jamf
- Develop scripts in Python, Bash, or other scripting languages to automate IT tasks, deployments, and system integrations
- Lead IT infrastructure projects from conception to completion
- Document projects and delegate cross-functional tasks
- Maintain ticket hygiene and technical documentation
- Support system design and architecture
- Assist with ESX-to-cloud migrations
- Support Google Workspace
- Troubleshoot network routing using the OSI model
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4–6 years in Senior IT, Sysadmin, or Systems Engineering roles within a professional environment
- Expert-level knowledge of Okta and Jamf is mandatory
- Deep understanding of OIDC, SAML, and OAuth identity protocols
- Knowledge of IT end-user device security
- Proficiency in at least one scripting language, such as Python or Bash
- Proven ability to lead solo technical projects
- Experience managing a Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Exceptional English skills
- Ability to work effectively in an asynchronous, documentation-heavy environment
- Familiarity with GitOps
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Familiarity with LLM usage for productivity
