Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support Agile delivery by participating in and facilitating Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
  • Identify and escalate impediments affecting team progress
  • Apply Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban to support transformation efforts and team processes
  • Manage dependencies, risks, and delivery plans across multiple workstreams
  • Navigate the organization to manage dependencies and work with minimal supervision
  • Ensure Truist SDLC is appropriately followed
  • Coach and mentor junior Scrum Masters, teams, POPMs, and stakeholders on Agile principles
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to promote Agile principles and continuous improvement
  • Analyze delivery metrics, team health indicators, predictability measures, and flow data
  • Assist with adoption and use of Agile tools and technologies
  • Support cross-functional collaboration to achieve delivery goals
  • Continuously develop Agile knowledge and skills through learning and practice

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, and work-related experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Agile delivery or related technical roles
  • Basic understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban
  • Experience participating in Agile ceremonies
  • English language fluency required
  • Agile certifications such as SAFe Scrum Master, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Agile Fundamentals (preferred)
  • Familiarity with Agile project management tools such as Rally (preferred)
  • Interest in continuous improvement and Agile methodologies (preferred)
  • Technical background or experience in software development or related fields (preferred)
  • Familiarity with driving AI adoption initiatives (preferred)
