About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Facilitate financial analysis, risk assessment, and credit structure recommendations for Dealer Services clients and prospects
- Take ownership of projects in coordination with assigned senior Credit Delivery leaders
- Mentor more junior teammates
- Perform underwriting and credit and risk administration in accordance with credit policy and requirements
- Research and evaluate client, competitor, property segment, market, and industry risks and trends
- Conduct industry, market, and company research to source prospect names and develop prospect lists
- Develop industry, market, company-specific, and general economic project materials
- Generate customized sales or project content for internal and external purposes
- Track calling and marketing efforts to clients and prospects and reinforce proper CRM use with the coverage team
- Build understanding of the market, credit, products, and relationship management
- Develop an increasingly complex understanding of the industry
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Two years of related financial services work experience
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Competitive drive and high work ethic; self-starter; team-oriented
- Solid leadership and interpersonal skills
- High level of adaptability and flexibility with strong organizational and time management skills
- Solid understanding of business
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- English language fluency required
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 preferred
- Demonstrated work experience in finance or a related field preferred
