About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Execute assigned work supporting business initiatives, operating routines, or ongoing programs by producing analyses, materials, trackers, and documentation
  • Collect, organize, and analyze data related to performance, progress, risks, or operational effectiveness
  • Translate inputs into structured outputs
  • Prepare routine reports, dashboards, and presentation materials for leadership meetings and governance forums
  • Track milestones, deliverables, issues, and dependencies for assigned workstreams
  • Escalate risks or delays as appropriate
  • Coordinate activities across cross-functional partners including Product, Digital, Technology, Marketing, Operations, Risk, and Finance
  • Support testing, launch readiness, validation, and post-launch review activities
  • Maintain documentation, controls, and artifacts for consistent execution and recurring business processes
  • Identify operational inefficiencies or execution gaps and raise improvement opportunities to senior team members

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and related training
  • 2 years of experience in business execution, operations, analysis, program support, or related roles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with data and operational details
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional partners
  • Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products
  • Ability to travel, occasionally overnight
  • English language fluency required
