About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Collect delinquent accounts according to agreed collection strategies and policies
  • Achieve collection performance expectations for assigned accounts
  • Provide cure plans and negotiate payment arrangements
  • Evaluate clients’ ability and willingness to pay
  • Disclose relevant account information accurately and professionally
  • Manage client communications and provide account details
  • Work accounts thoroughly according to established procedures
  • Document collection efforts in the system of record
  • Execute established call scripts
  • Achieve acceptable call monitoring scores
  • Communicate with Client Default Leaders regarding repossessions, potential loss, inquiries, complaints, and special-handling calls
  • Process payments, transactions, and workflows accurately
  • Complete required Computer Based Training courses accurately and timely

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or equivalent education and related training or experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic Computer skills
  • Ability to perform in a fast paced, highly dynamic environment
  • Ability to work flexible schedule, including overtime as needed
  • English language fluency required
  • Previous Client service, collections, or sales experience preferred
  • Bilingual preferred
