About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide sales, service and loan support to Relationship Managers, Commercial Credit staff, and Sales Leaders managing and supporting Commercial client portfolios
- Assist Relationship Managers with pipeline accuracy, call preparation, Financial Insights, deposit account opening and onboarding, Treasury onboarding, client and prospect contact, CRM data maintenance, scheduling, prospect lists, and calendar assistance
- Support the sales process and portfolio growth by identifying referral opportunities and partnering with Relationship Managers and Integrated Relationship Management partners
- Pull reports and data, participate in meetings, complete follow-up, and communicate within the banker team
- Provide superior client service and ensure timely and accurate resolution of client needs, problems, and requests
- Assist with servicing Commercial loans, deposits, and fee services, including documentation, account opening, report processing, payments, fraud resolution, research, wire processing, and account maintenance
- Assist with portfolio management by ensuring accurate client assignment and account data, monitoring reporting, and escalating issues
- Provide loan support, deliver information to internal loan areas, communicate with clients, assist with loan processes, support regulatory compliance, collect client information, conduct research, and clear documentation exceptions
- Assist with problem loan management and collection activities by reviewing past-due reports, monitoring payment postings, contacting past-due clients, and escalating potential collection issues
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School diploma, or equivalent education and related training
- Five years of related experience, preferably within financial services
- Two years of experience in a CCS role, or similar
- Demonstrated ability to identify, analyze and resolve issues independently
- Advanced knowledge of related systems and processes
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in relating to internal and external clients and contacts
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to complete all core courses outlined in the CCS training curriculum
- Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products
- English language fluency required
- Associate’s degree in related field preferred
- Working product knowledge of bank services and Financial Services Industry preferred
- Math aptitude with ability to grasp general accounting and financial concepts preferred
- Working knowledge of Excel and/or reporting applications preferred
