About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide sales, service and loan support to Relationship Managers, Commercial Credit staff, and Sales Leaders managing and supporting Commercial client portfolios
  • Assist Relationship Managers with pipeline accuracy, call preparation, Financial Insights, deposit account opening and onboarding, Treasury onboarding, client and prospect communications, CRM accuracy, scheduling, prospect lists, and calendar assistance
  • Support the sales process and portfolio growth by identifying referral opportunities and maintaining expert-level knowledge of products and services
  • Partner with Relationship Managers and Integrated Relationship Management partners on potential client needs and referral opportunities
  • Support banker teams by pulling reports or data, participating in meetings, completing follow-up, and communicating within the team
  • Provide superior client service and ensure timely and accurate resolution of client needs and requests
  • Assist with servicing Commercial loans, deposits, and Treasury fee services, including forms, documentation, account opening, reports, payments, fraud resolution, research, wire processing, and account maintenance
  • Assist with portfolio management by ensuring accurate client assignment and account data, monitoring reporting, and escalating as needed
  • Provide general loan support, communicate with clients, collect information, follow up, conduct research, and clear loan documentation exceptions
  • Assist with problem loan management and collection activities by reviewing past-due reports, monitoring payments, contacting past-due clients, and escalating potential collection issues

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School diploma, or equivalent education and related training
  • Five years of related experience, preferably within financial services
  • Two years of experience in a CCS role, or similar
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, analyze and resolve issues independently
  • Advanced knowledge of related systems and processes
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Good organizational skills
  • Ability to complete all core courses outlined in the CCS training curriculum
  • Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products
  • English language fluency required
