About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Analyze, design, implement, and evaluate compensation programs and incentive compensation plans
  • Support the full lifecycle of incentive compensation programs, including plan design, governance, administration, risk assessment, reporting, process improvement, technology enablement, and strategic projects
  • Manage large, moderately complex compensation initiatives
  • Provide consultation and guidance to business leaders and partners
  • Develop solutions to complex compensation and incentive compensation challenges
  • Support the design and administration of salary structures, incentive plans, and pay policies
  • Review compensation plans covering base pay, short-term and long-term incentives, allowances, deferred compensation, and sales compensation
  • Analyze compensation through job analysis, classification, benchmarking, and participation in market surveys
  • Identify, develop, and support non-cash rewards and recognition programs
  • Analyze compensation issues and recommend adjustments or enhancements
  • Review competitive compensation assessments and recommend actions for internal equity and market competitiveness
  • Understand regulatory requirements related to compensation programs
  • Work on compensation and reward program projects and provide guidance to lower-level professionals

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, and work-related experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a compensation professional
  • Strong working knowledge of compensation programs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • English language fluency required
  • Advanced graduate degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, or related field (preferred)
  • Experience in the financial services industry (preferred)
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation (preferred)
  • Project management experience (preferred)
  • Experience working with HRIS systems and Market Data tools (preferred)
