About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop marketing, merchandising, and creative strategies to promote and sell Truist products and services through digital channels
  • Manage implementation of online marketing programs and analyze their effectiveness
  • Execute demand generation strategies and programs supporting client journeys and measurable objectives for sales, revenue, market share, profitability, acquisition, retention, cross-sells, and self-service adoption
  • Research, develop, and execute strategies for Truist online channels
  • Develop digital marketing tactics across web, social media, email marketing, marketing automation, paid advertising, SEO, and content marketing
  • Partner with lines of business and marketing strategists to develop product-specific roadmaps
  • Apply consumer behavior models and user journeys to banking products and services
  • Use web analytics and performance data to refine strategies, improve conversion rates, and enhance client experiences
  • Establish and track KPIs and communicate digital marketing value to lines of business and senior management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional technical and management teams to create differentiated client experiences
  • Research industry trends, competitive environments, and emerging technologies and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Measure results and identify actionable insights

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent education and related training
  • Five years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, practices, theories, and/or methodologies, including marketing, market research, analytics, and digital marketing
  • Experience managing projects or project work streams as an individual contributor
  • Knowledge of the industry’s competitive landscape and factors differentiating Truist and its competitors
  • Ability to interpret and explain complex information to varied audiences and build stakeholder consensus
  • Ability to provide direction and mentor less experienced teammates
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
  • English language fluency required
  • Able to work all scheduled hours, including overtime as directed and required by business needs
