About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Process cash and non-cash transactions in the loan servicing application, including complex transactions
  • Generate and send lender remittances and corresponding reporting for all lender types
  • Complete IRP reporting for CMBS and Agency reporting for FNMA, FHLMC, and GNMA
  • Facilitate delivery of funds to external clients and other third parties
  • Perform system balancing, clear cash exceptions, and perform cash management functions
  • Perform daily operations account reviews and reviews on high-volume DDA accounts
  • Monitor and review Adjustable Rate Mortgage loans to ensure accurate billing
  • Monitor and review Bond loans to ensure accurate billing
  • Maintain accurate records for autodraft payments and excess rent refunds
  • Administer the opening and closing of bank accounts
  • Assist the Investor Accounting & Reporting Manager in developing Investor Reporting Analysts
  • Post payment and disbursement transactions to the loan servicing application
  • Timely remit and report required payments in accordance with lender agreements
  • Perform daily balancing and loan accounting functions
  • Apply PSAs, TSAs, CREFC IRP formats, reporting/remittance requirements, and compliance standards in primary and master servicing roles

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • College Degree or equivalent education and training
  • 4 years’ work related experience
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to efficiently and consistently produce accurate and timely work product
  • Strong organizational, time management and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment with heavy interaction with teammates and clients
  • Ability to collaborate or work independently
  • Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products
  • Mortgage banking and accounting experience
  • Commercial loan operations experience, with a strong preference for Master and/or Special servicing
  • 3 years or more Master servicing and reporting experience with a focus on CREFC IRP, Servicer Advancing, Appraisal Reduction Amounts, and non-recoverability determinations
  • Proficiency with industry system and tools; Enterprise! master servicing platform experience preferred
  • GSE servicing experience a plus
  • General knowledge of commercial loan documentation, cash management, reconciliations, and risk management
  • Experience with complex or specialized third-party reporting – lender, fiscal agents, governmental lenders, etc.
  • English language fluency required
  • Regular work status; not temporary or contingent
  • 1st shift (United States of America)
