Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, and work-related experience
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in business operations or related professional roles
  • Extensive knowledge of business processes, technology applications, and operational management
  • Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office)
  • Preferred: Experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams in strategic planning, business operations, program delivery, consulting, or organizational effectiveness roles
  • Preferred: Ability to build knowledge of complex organizations, understand business priorities, and translate leadership objectives into actionable plans and measurable outcomes
  • Preferred: Experience supporting workforce planning, financial management, governance, risk management, operational performance, or organizational strategy initiatives
  • Preferred: Ability to influence outcomes, manage competing priorities, and partner across diverse stakeholder groups and functions
