About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive payment test automation
- Independently design test plans and testing strategies to validate system functionality and compliance with technical specifications
- Conduct audits and testing to identify defects and ensure adherence to quality standards
- Collaborate with engineering and development teams to recommend and implement quality improvements
- Document and communicate test results clearly to stakeholders and track issues through resolution
- Support the delivery of reliable and scalable technology solutions by enforcing quality objectives aligned with organizational goals
- Participate in reviewing and enhancing quality assurance processes and methodologies
- Use specialized knowledge of testing tools, techniques, and best practices to improve testing effectiveness
- Provide guidance and mentorship to lower-level technical contributors in testing activities
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational quality standards
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the quality assurance function
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, and work-related experience in quality assurance, software testing, or related technical field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance or software testing roles
- Proficiency with testing methodologies, tools, and defect tracking systems
- AI ways of building application (preferred)
- Building Test Automation (preferred)
- Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks (preferred)
- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps testing practices (preferred)
- English language fluency required
