About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Independently manage and execute complex workstreams and recurring business processes from problem definition through completion
- Translate business priorities into execution plans, deliverables, timelines, and tracking mechanisms
- Develop analyses, dashboards, reporting, and decision-support materials for leadership and governance forums
- Manage dependencies, risks, and issues across cross-functional partners
- Coordinate execution across Product, Digital, Technology, Marketing, Operations, Risk, Finance, and other partners
- Support or lead testing, launch readiness, validation, data reconciliation, and post-implementation reviews
- Maintain execution artifacts, documentation, and controls
- Craft executive-ready presentations and visual data narratives
- Identify execution gaps, operational risks, data quality issues, inefficiencies, and business challenges; recommend and drive improvements
- Support less experienced analysts by sharing best practices and reviewing work products
- Partner with technology and data platform teams on data requirements, enhancements, reporting, and automation
- Write, maintain, and optimize SQL queries to identify, segment, and validate client-level information
- Document how client data flows from source systems to reporting
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and related training
- 5 years of experience in business execution, operations, analytics, program delivery, consulting, or related roles
- Demonstrated ability to independently own and deliver complex work with limited oversight
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and synthesis skills
- Ability to turn ambiguity into structured outputs
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience working across multiple functional teams
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products
- Ability to travel, occasionally overnight
- Hands-on experience writing complex SQL queries against large datasets
- English language fluency required
- Preferred: experience supporting enterprise initiatives, operating routines, or large-scale programs in a complex organization
- Preferred: familiarity with governance forums, business reviews, or performance management processes
- Preferred: experience in financial services or another regulated environment
- Preferred: experience with Snowflake or another cloud data platform
- Preferred: experience building dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
- Preferred: familiarity with client, account, or relationship data in a banking environment
