About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provides analytical and administrative support for incentive compensation programs and processes
- Supports plan design, implementation, administration, and ongoing evaluation
- Conducts compensation analyses and assists with research and market data
- Helps resolve incentive compensation-related inquiries under general supervision
- Supports administration of salary structures, incentive plans, and pay policies
- Assists with compensation reviews covering base pay, short-term incentives, and other pay elements
- Conducts job analysis, job evaluation, classification, and market pricing activities with guidance
- Performs routine compensation analyses supporting internal equity and market competitiveness
- Prepares compensation data, reports, and documentation for review by senior compensation professionals
- Responds to compensation-related questions and requests from internal stakeholders
- Supports non-cash rewards and recognition programs through data analysis and program administration
- Assists with compensation projects and initiatives, completing assigned tasks within defined timelines
- Demonstrates understanding of compensation governance, controls, and regulatory considerations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, and work-related experience
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in compensation, human resources, or a related discipline
- Working knowledge of compensation fundamentals, including job evaluation and market pricing concepts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- English language fluency required
- Preferred: Experience in the financial services industry
- Preferred: Progress toward Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation
- Preferred: Experience working with HRIS platforms and compensation data tools
