Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of experience or equivalent education and software engineering training or experience
  • In-depth knowledge of information systems
  • Ability to identify, apply, and implement IT best practices
  • Understanding of key business processes and competitive strategies related to the IT function
  • English language fluency required
  • Experience with business process analysis and requirements gathering
  • Experience configuring Salesforce declarative functionality, including complex validation rules, Lightning Record Pages, and Flows
  • Ability to document requirements in user-story format
  • Ability to develop acceptance criteria covering positive, negative, and regression scenarios
  • Ability to design solutions for low- to medium-complexity projects and collaborate on high-complexity and integration projects
  • Ability to lead medium- and high-complexity projects from kickoff through delivery
  • Ability to troubleshoot escalated Salesforce production issues
  • Experience conducting data exports, analysis, and updates using Dev Console, Workbench, and Data Loader
  • Experience working in Agile environments and participating in standups, refinement sessions, and retrospectives
  • Preferred: previous experience in banking or financial services
  • Preferred: experience leveraging AI for solution development
  • Preferred: experience implementing third-party software such as Eloqua, Highspot, and Seismic
  • Preferred: experience with third-party Salesforce solutions such as Conga, Nintex Drawloop, and FormAssembly
