About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support development and deployment of strategic initiatives to drive profitable growth of the $215B Consumer and Small Business Deposit portfolio
  • Deliver new account, new client, new money production, rate paid, and balance growth targets across CSBB deposit products and channels
  • Support strategies and execution plans to grow share of wallet in key client segments through digital, branch, and call center engagement
  • Work with marketing on holistic client outreach strategies using direct mail, email, digital offers, and outbound calling
  • Support incentive design, production goals, financial planning, and forecasting across CSBB deposit products
  • Deliver analytical insights for deposit portfolio management covering balances, rate paid, and profitability
  • Provide input to pricing test strategies and evaluate new strategies and performance with product teams
  • Collect and synthesize competitive information from financial statements, industry sources, subscriptions, and media
  • Prepare leader business reviews and contribute to strategic planning presentations
  • Communicate analytical insights to partners regarding initiative ideation, deployment, and performance
  • Support business case development for key initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • College Degree or equivalent education and related training or experience
  • 4-6 years of experience in Banking, Finance, Decision/Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or Engineering, with a diverse project focus and demonstrated results in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to solve complex issues considering technology, client, teammate, and financial impact
  • Ability to identify and escalate issues or critical information quickly
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint and Excel, and SAS or other data/analysis platforms
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Direct experience with statistical modeling, price optimization techniques, financial modeling, and analysis
  • Exposure to regulatory banking standards affecting deposit products
  • English language fluency required
